  1. Overview
    1. Four natural gas engine-based power stations available, each with multiple gensets.
    2. All stations were operated as independent power producers (IPP) under a power purchase agreement with the government that has recently expired.
    3. All stations were under a lifetime maintenance and genuine spare parts agreement with Wartsila from commissioning to retirement.
    4. Wartsila maintenance reports are available and will be provided during contract signing.
    5. Necessary technical documents, including design and installation drawings, are available.

    10. Lead time from date of receiving first payment: estimated 4 to 6 months for export permits, dismantling, packing, and transport to the nearest seaport.

    3. All stations were on standby and maintained per manufacturer's instruction.
    4. Pre-lubrication and engine turning by turning gear is done as recommended by Wartsila.
