  4. Workflow Description
    1. Leather placement: the operator places the genuine leather hide on the loading table; proper placement ensures accurate scanning and cutting
    2. Defect inspection and marking: the operator inspects the leather and marks defects with chalk (scars, scratches, insect bites, or color variations) to be avoided during nesting
    3. Leather scanning: the camera recognition system scans the entire leather hide and creates a digital map including its outline and marked defect areas
    4. Pattern import: cutting patterns are imported into the software from the CAD design system, including precise shapes, sizes, and quantities
    5. Intelligent automatic nesting: the software automatically calculates the best nesting layout based on leather shape and defect areas to maximize material utilization and minimize waste
    6. Best area allocation: the software allocates important parts to higher-quality areas of the hide (e.g., backbone area) to ensure the best final product
    7. Vacuum fixation: the vacuum adsorption system holds the leather firmly on the cutting table, preventing movement during cutting
    8. High-frequency oscillating knife cutting: the oscillating knife cuts the material following the optimized path, producing clean edges without burning or damaging the leather
    9. Once the cutting task is complete, all cut and shaped pattern components are automatically conveyed to the collection area, preventing them from falling to the floor
    10. Simultaneously, a second leather hide (already marked for defects in the loading zone) is transported to the cutting zone to undergo processing
