Main Features And Functions
With the pneumatic control of score cutting knives and cut-off knives, the machine is simple and clean to operate. Convenient to set the sizes of lateral parting and cutting. With pneumatic compression, the wobble deviation has been nearly eliminated, therefore the service life of cutting spindles and knives have been greatly prolonged.
During winding, the tension control device works to make it suitable to cut raw gauze with too many joints and unbalanced tension.
Frequency converter controls the speed to achieve driving with constant tension and constant linear velocity, precise speed regulating, stable running, and accurate counting.
