Near-zero-hour, fully preserved, GE-certified unit
The first power plant is a GE frame 9E (PG9171) heavy-duty gas turbine package rated at 127.214 MW (simple cycle)
Year manufactured in 2009, installed in 2010, and commissioned in 2011
It has never entered commercial service
Accumulating fewer than 500 fired hours and fewer than 100 fired starts
Placing it in a near-zero-hour category that is virtually unobtainable in today's market
The unit has received two GE-installed NPI upgrades
The 2015 LLI life-limiting-item enhancement and the 2018 steam-injection power-augmentation wrapper
And has been kept under strict government-supervised preservation, including dried/heated air circulation, active oil systems, nitrogen-blanketed piping, HVAC/heaters
And monthly auxiliary rotation
A full GE technical inspection in 2024 confirmed excellent condition
The turbine is a 9E.03-based configuration capable of 132–147 MW platform performance and supporting >52 fuel types
Including up to 100% hydrogen capability in the latest configurations
Offered with full dismantling, GE-certified packing, and optional GE recommissioning
This asset represents immediate availability in a market with 5 to 7-year OEM lead times

Gas-only DLN, GE-certified unit with 39,936 hours
The second power plant is a GE 9E (PG9171E) gas turbine package
Rated at 126 MW (ISO, 50 Hz)
Year commissioned in 2009 and decommissioned in September 2018 after accumulating approximately 39,936 fired hours
This unit operates on natural gas only with DLN combustion
Controlled by a Speedtronic Mark VI system
And is paired with an ELIN 9A5 generator (171 MVA, PF 0.85, 3000 RPM)
Following removal from its foundation, it has been stored in preservation
Supported by a complete maintenance history, multiple borescope inspections (2010 to 2017)
A CLEX upgrade, DLN tuning, and a 2016 Simplicity V8.2 software update
The scope includes the turbine core, generator, DLN module, valve train, auxiliaries, exhaust system, PEECC, GLAC/GNAC, CO₂ skid, and all associated skids and accessories
