Overview
Wet opener machine
The wet opener opens the 25-60 % squeezed fiber in cake form that is centrifuged after washing and regularly feeds it into the machine in the hydrophilic cotton and fiber painting facilities.
The squeezed fiber in cake form is fed into the machine through the galvanized and piped band system.
Opening of the fiber in accordance with the demanded effect is made possible by adjusting the distance between the spiked lattice (mat) and the opening cylinder.
