Working Principle
The machine uses electric heat-transfer oil heating. The heat-transfer oil transfers heat to the roller surface. As the fabric contacts the heated roller surface, the high temperature fuses and calenders the fabric.
Automatic Control System
The control system includes a separate electrical control cabinet.
The electrical cabinet is equipped with an inverter, PLC controller, and other electrical control components.
It is typically installed separately from the production line.
The operator control unit is equipped with a touch panel.
