    6. Jets: HSV800 heads, 200 µm nozzle aperture, firing frequency up to 1,400 Hz.
    7. Performance: resolutions of 38, 50 or 76 dpi; print speed 2.7 to 6.5 m/min; line synchronization up to 12 m/min.
  2. Entry Unit and Pre-Treatment
    1. Accumulation (U-box / J-box): stores the greige blanket material and gives time for butt seaming roll to roll without stopping the line.
    2. Lint removal: mechanical brushing on surface and back side to keep the jets clean on high-pile fabrics.
    3. Pre-wash unit: soaking bath with a pile-beating roller, followed by a vacuum pipe that removes spin oils, residues and wrinkles.
    4. Synchronization: center-guiding slat rollers and pneumatic pendulum rollers for even tension into the printer.
  3. ChromoJET Printer
    1. Wet gluing device to hold the material stable on the printing blanket.
    2. Automatic blanket washing and lint removal.
    3. Fully integrated 10-color ink delivery system.
  4. SupraPress Penetration Station
    1. Fabric is pulled tightly between two high-precision pressing rollers, a rubber-coated drive roller and a nickel-plated polished roller, so the color reaches the base of high-pile fabrics.
    2. Individually driven rollers with adjustable gap or pressure; laser-controlled synchronization with the printer.
    3. Automatic, continuous washing, cleaning and drying of the press rollers.
  5. Thermocure Dryer and Fixation
    1. Thermocure Compact HC flow-through dryer, 3 passes: pass 1 drying, pass 2 thermofixation at 180°C, pass 3 relaxing and curing.
