Overview

1. Gauze folding and cutting machine, 100 x 100 mm, 8-ply.

2. Fully automatic four-channel non-bordered gauze folding inline blister packaging line, designed for the medical dressing industry.

3. Pre-slit absorbent gauze rolls are loaded on the rear rack.

4. Four-channel independent unwinding, synchronous traction, and fixed-length cutting produce non-bordered gauze swabs.

5. Folded gauze swabs are conveyed directly into the blister packaging machine via an automatic inline conveying system.

6. Workflow: blister forming, automatic feeding, heat sealing, punching and cutting.

7. Full-process automation from gauze raw material to finished blister-packed products without manual intermediate transfer.

Equipment Configuration

1. Folding machine adopts a four-channel design.

2. Cabinet of folding machine is made of steel plate; triangle blocks and large flat plates are aluminum alloy with oxidation treatment.

3. Guide rollers and collection troughs of the folding machine are made of stainless steel.

4. Roller cores are made of alloy material, subjected to quenching and tempering treatment and electroplating.
