Operational Features
Horizontal cut, vertical cut and cross cut voltage are controlled by three sets of transformer & regulator individually.
Horizontal and vertical moving speed is changeable by frequency converters; cross speed is settled in screen.
Machine is controlled by PLC and HMI.
Can set each cutting length; the machine can cut block in different lengths accordingly (three different lengths can be set for one block).
Automatic running: once you press start button, the machine will cut horizontal and vertical automatically, after that the cross cutting will be re-started automatically, once all finished and block are taken away.
Equipped with alignment for block setting, so that you can put the block at exact position, which will help the accuracy of block cutting.
Machine equips electrical limit and mechanical protection for safety running.
