Cleaver Brooks/Nebraska A-type model N2S-7/S-104SH shop assembled package watertube boiler with 100% water-cooled front and rear walls, 750 psig design (operating pressure 400-635 psig) pressure @ 750 deg F (399°C), and built to ASME Section I code for power boilers with a NB# and "S" stamp.
Boiler is equipped with a Natcom low NOx (30 ppm on NG) package burner natural gas/#2 fuel oil firing, horizontal radiant drainable superheater, forced draft fan 3ph with TEFC 60 Hz motor, Allen-Bradley microprocessor combustion control system with flame safeguard management system and all relating boiler valve trim, and controls.

Steam valves and economizer are not included.

More Information
All boilers built in accordance with ASME Section I code and are National Board registered and stamped.
Fitted with a low NOx burner with NFPA 85 approved fuel trains and constructed with NEMA 4 components for weather tight outdoor installation.
The boiler requires a single 480/3/60 electrical connection.
The package has 500 HP (372.8 kW) TEFC FD fan motor, Allen Bradley PLC with panel mounted 21" HMI touchscreen controlling a single element jack-shaft type combustion control system (CCS), Fireye burner management system (BMS) with expanded annunciation, and feedwater control system that can be single or three element.
Every boiler has a CRN with the all Canadian "C" allowing operation in all provinces.
