Main stainless steel vessel (reactor): a vertical tank where liquids, chemical additives, and pigments are mixed according to a specific recipe.
Electric top-mounted agitator: a powerful electric motor with a gearbox and shaft mounted at the top, ensuring uniform homogenization of the dye and preventing pigment sedimentation.
Auxiliary hopper/vessel: a smaller, open stainless steel container visible on the left, designed for the convenient addition and initial dissolution of powdered or concentrated chemicals.
Measurement and control elements: a pressure gauge, sensors, and a piping valve system that allows for the automated or manual dosing and transfer of the prepared dye solution directly to the dyeing machines.
Auxiliary Dosing Funnel
Type: open-top stainless steel pre-mixing vessel.
Function: used for manual or automated introduction of concentrated powdered or liquid chemicals, allowing safe initial dissolving before transfer to the main reactor.
Instrumentation and Controls
Pressure indication: integrated analog pressure gauge (scale range typically 0–6 bar or 0–10 bar) for monitoring line pressure during fluid transfer.
Pneumatic regulation: air filter regulator unit mounted on the right, used to manage pilot air for pneumatic valves and to maintain proper discharge line pressure.
Piping and Fluid Displacement
Discharge pump: bottom-mounted centrifugal or pneumatic diaphragm pump, dedicated to transferring the prepared dye liquor directly to the dyeing machines.
Connections: quick-release stainless steel flanges and sanitary union fittings equipped with high-chemical-resistance seals (PTFE / Viton).
