Facility and Utility Requirements Space needed for full mill setup: approximately 90 to 110 square meters (approximately 1,000 to 1,500 sq. ft.). Power: 240V unless otherwise specified. Machines are wired to suit your local power requirements (plugs not included). Water heating: recommended 20,000 BTU, oil-fired water heaters or an on-demand system. Electricity use: comparable to a 4-person household (approximately 56 kWh per 8-hour day). Training, Support, and Setup Full system delivery and setup included. Comprehensive on-site training sessions provided. Dedicated team of technicians who load, deliver, and commission your new system. Ongoing support by phone or email—24/7 service available. Full inventory of spare parts, accessories, and consumables maintained to ensure smooth mill operation. Timeline and Payment Lead time: approximately 5–6 months from order confirmation. Deposit: a 25% down payment is required to secure your place in the manufacturing queue. Balance: final payment is due 60 days prior to shipping. Shipping: equipment is insured door-to-door and all necessary shipping documents are provided.
