  2. Frame Structure
    1. The headstock frame is of block type with entire structure made from rolled steel section of required thickness to withstand the static and dynamic stress for giving high performance.
  3. Drive
    1. The warper beam is belt driven by an A.C. frequency drive / 3 phase motor with operator interface by means of world class feather touch state of art PLC.
    2. Main motor is of 20 HP (15 kW & 50 Hz) / 35 HP (26.4 kW & 87 Hz).
    3. The winding speed is maintained constant automatically by means of electronic device and is regulated from minimum to maximum.
    4. At the start of the machine, preset speed is automatically reached with a gradual acceleration which can be regulated.
  4. Braking System
    1. Brake is applied by means of hydraulic disc brakes mounted on both ends of the beam, in the event of signal from safety device, thread stop motion or full preset-length of the warper beam.
    2. The brakes are quick and efficient.
    3. Simultaneously, the brakes are also applied on the pressing roll and the measuring roll.
  5. Beam Hardness
    1. Warper beam with uniform hardness and density is prepared by operating hydraulically actuated pressure roller with kick-back system at stop to prevent friction on the warp sheet to get good quality beams.
  6. Expansion Comb Assembly
    1. Zig-zag expansion comb is provided with motorized expansion, construction as well as traversing to set uniform surface beam for better life for expansion combs.
  7. Comb Movement
    1. The expansion comb oscillates vertically and horizontally; horizontal oscillation is not proportional to machine speed.
  8. Intermittent Blowing Device
    1. Intermittent blowing device is provided behind the comb to prevent dust accumulation in the comb.
  9. Wind Shield
    1. Laminated wind shield covers the whole winding area.
    2. At the time of machine stop, it springs out of the way to facilitate laying in the ends.
  10. Cooling Device
    1. For the cooling of the control panel board and to keep temperature below 35 °C.
  11. Press Roll
    1. Beam pressing roll is to be made of fabric base hylam material with shore hardness 800 – 850.
  12. Production Data Registration
    1. MMI screen shows the following data:
      1. Shift total in meters up to three shifts.
      2. Pre-section length with stop motion at preset length.
      3. Stop times for end breaks / beam doffing / creel change per shift.
      4. End breaks per shift.
  13. V-Creel
    1. Suitable for processing cotton & blends from Ne 6 to Ne 100 at very high speed with minimum yarn friction.
  14. Creel Technical Details
    1. Number of ends: 768.
    2. Vertical / horizontal pitch: 270 / 240 mm.
    3. Package diameter: 255 mm.
  15. Tensioning System
    1. Regular and constant yarn tension is obtained through 1 movable and 1 stationary moving bars.
    2. A central electronic panel adjusts automatically the tension of all between the first and the last row.
    3. The maximum tension bar movement is 140 mm.
    4. Movement is made by pneumatic system.
  16. Yarn Break Auto-Sensor
    1. For breakage detection the creel is equipped with individual auto sensors.
    2. They are non-contact type; detection is through infrared photo electric device (optoelectronic).
    3. Sensors are directly connected to the warper in order to stop it immediately in case of breakage detection.
    4. Each yarn break detector is equipped with an aluminum die casting clamp fitted on the auto sensor.
  17. Package Change
    1. The frame of the package holders is a 1800 rotating type, moved by a chain drive, allowing the filling of the rear part while warping and a quick positioning of the full cones in front of their respective auto sensors for threading.
    2. A system permits to move the creel row by row in front of a stationary worker who can fill the creel without moving from his place (this operation has to be done with the warper in stop position).
  18. Package Pin
    1. Standard package pin of 8 mm diameter x 180 mm long.
    2. The package alignment is a zig-zag type.
    3. There is no intermediate guide; the yarn goes directly from the tension unit to the reed of the warper.
  19. Automatic Pre-Tensioner
    1. To compensate the yarn tension over the whole length of the creel and to prevent the formation of snarls at the start / stop time.
