    6. The double drum raising machine Danti Paolo VR9000 is the result of more than 72 years of experience of Danti Paolo company, since the first Danti raising machine built in 1935.
  2. Machine Specifications
    1. Drive by inverters for a perfect optimisation of raising powers.

  3. Electric Plant
    1. Inverters for fabric speed, fabric tension, pile, counterpile and main drum of the two raising drums and for the control of fabric speed to the upper rollers.
    2. PLC for the control of all the machine functions.
    3. Touch screen for the control and the display of the raising powers and all the other functions of the machine, including troubleshooting and memorisation of processing parameters.
    4. Touch screen will have writings in English language, other languages available.
  4. Fabric Folder
    1. The fabric is delivered in folded form through a folder placed at the exit on the machine.
  5. Main Drum Drive
    1. The main drum is driven by an AC motor with power supply by inverter and shaft mounted gearbox.
  6. Raising Powers Drive
    1. The pile and counterpile raising rollers are driven by AC motors with drive by inverters, directly connected to axial gearboxes, for an optimisation of the power transmission and an increase of the efficiency.
    2. The axial gearboxes are driving the raising rollers through V-type belts.
  7. Cleaning Brushes
    1. The two raising drums are equipped with cleaning brushes made of metallic wire.
    2. The brushes are driven by timing belt for a silent operation and are equipped with safety disconnection unit to disconnect the brushes in case of fabric breaking and stop the machine automatically.
    3. The brushes can be set according to the different ways of operation (face/face, face/back, pile/counterpile, all counterpile).
  8. Advantages
    1. Zero raising device allows to undo the raising powers immediately by simply pressing a button on the control panel, in order to avoid breaking the fabric if there is a hole in the fabric or a bad seam.
    2. Automatic raising function: when the operator is changing the fabric speed and the main drum speed, the other raising parameters are automatically adjusted by the PLC according to a mathematical formula.
    3. Automatic fabric loading: in order to easily load the fabric the main drum moves slowly to charge automatically and safely the fabric.
    4. Independent motion of all the axles: when the machine is stopped, it is possible to move independently the main drum, counterpile raising rollers, pile raising rollers, fabric tension and speed; this function is useful for cleaning the raising rollers or to change the raising fillet without taking them out of the machine but just by simply pressing a button on the control panel.
    5. Memorisation of the processing parameters: the processing parameters of main cylinder, counterpile raising rollers, pile raising rollers, fabric tension and speed can be stored in a memory of the PLC and can be recalled through a digital counter.
