Description Overview Automatic assembly machine model SB276 assembles biconic bonnell springs. Production: up to 28,000 springs per 8 hours. Spring type: Bonnell. Springs are manually inserted at the end of each row. The operator presses the pedal and starts the assembling cycle. With a single operation, the jaws are closed, the spring linkage helix is coiled, then cut and bent at both ends automatically. When the cycle is concluded, the spring units are forwarded and the jaws are ready to receive more springs. Specifications External end ring diameter difference: 67 to 91 mm.
