  2. Features
    1. Mainly used for density ≤ 30 kg/m³ foam or latex mattress rolling packing.
    2. High efficiency, 35 to 40 seconds to complete bagging; easy to operate; as long as the mattress and plastic bag are placed, press a button to complete the operation automatically; the average worker can master the machine after 5 minutes of learning.
    3. Low packaging cost; only one PVC bag or PE bag with a diameter of about 320 mm is required for each mattress.
    4. The volume of the mattress is greatly reduced after rolling, which greatly reduces the cost of product transportation and storage.

  4. Operating Instructions
    1. Turn all emergency stop switches to the open state, turn the operation mode (the leftmost black knob) to the manual state, press the start button, the power indicator light shows the green light state.
    2. Test the under conveyor belt forward/reverse, push-out board push/return, and the upper conveyor belt frame rise/fall, requiring all movements to operate normally. Other parameters can be modified at the control panel.

    4. The machine can be used when the test run is normal. Note: the mattress should be centered into the roller as much as possible. In the manual mode, the mattress needs to be fully rolling then can press the push-out button, otherwise the machine will be damaged.
  5. Mechanical Maintenance
    1. Air filter: add sewing machine oil every 60 days; use sewing machine oil or technical white oil.
    2. Mechanical transmission part and oil nozzle position: add grease every 30 days; use 2# lithium grease.
    3. Troubleshooting and processing: if the indicator is off and the machine not work, potential causes include power not connected, power switch not closed, or machine protection door not closed; troubleshooting includes checking power connection, closing power switch, or closing protection door.
    4. If the air cylinder of outlet clip plastic bag not work, potential cause is without air pressure or low pressure; troubleshooting includes connecting the air supply.
    5. If conveyor belt no in place, potential cause is conveyor belt shaft not horizontal; troubleshooting includes adjusting the position of the fixing plate on both sides of the conveyor belt.
