The Machine It Fits

1. Fits the V-1206 mattress rolling machine.

2. This is the same slip sheet that is supplied with the machine.

3. The sheet is laid over the mattress before the mattress enters the rolling spindles.

4. Only the 1,600 mm (63 in) width is made.

What It Does

1. The sheet is fabric-like and slightly tacky, so the metal spindles grip it and pull the mattress in.

2. It shields the mattress cover from spindle tearing and from spindle wear.

3. It lets a mattress with a slippery nylon cover be rolled, which the spindles cannot grip on their own.

4. Sheet used per mattress: about 2.5 m (8 ft) for a 2,000 mm (79 in) mattress with 8 to 10 in of overhang at each end.

Supply and Packing

1. Minimum order: 2,000 kg, which is 2 metric tons.

2. Rolls: 50 kg per roll, 40 rolls to 2,000 kg.

3. Length: 45 g/m² across 1,600 mm is 72 g per linear metre, so about 694 m (2,280 ft) on a 50 kg roll.
