Inclining machine SW105 is available to produce vertical and inclining cuts of polyurethane foam with max. inclination 60°.
The working table on the right of the blade is equipped with a 1250/2000 mm incised rod where cutting thickness size can be read.
The headboard feed shackle is supplied with a particular device by which operator repeats thicknesses from 0.5 to 100 mm, without checking the size on the rod.
The motorized grinding unit has two adjustable grindstones.
A push button drives a reducer-motor that tilts the cutting unit by means of worm.
A graduated sector allows to control inclination.
The double-edge crossed blade is guided by four adjustable hard metal plugs.
