Inclining machine F-70 is available to perform vertical and inclining cuts of polyurethane foam with max. 60° inclination.
The working table on the right of the blade is equipped with incised from 0 up to 1250/2000 millimeter rod where cutting thickness value can be read.
The feed handle of the headboard is supplied with a proper device by which operator repeats cutting layers from 0.5 to 100 mm without checking the value on the rod.
The motorized grind unit is equipped with grind powder aspirator.
By pushing a key on the control board the gear motor tilts the cutting head by means of the worm.
The measure of angle is indicated on the graduated sector.
The double-edge crossed band knife is guided by two adjustable hard metal inserts and its motion is controlled by soft starter.
Cutting unit is driven via inverter that controls cutting speed and allows progressive start and stop.
On the control panel you can set: blade start/stop, upper blade-guide adjustment, blade grinding, blade inclination (60° max.), automatic positioning to 90°, cutting length, cutting speed (3/20 m/min), alarm diagnostic.
The machine is kitted out of safety equipment in accordance to EU standards.
