NovaStar, MU136, 133 Inch Width, Tension Control, Edge Alignment (New)

Description

  1. Overview
    1. For fabric with little elasticity only, and without curled edge.
    2. Recommended model: T-DFRM (improved version).
  2. Tension Control
    1. Two sets of dancing roller: in the feeding position and before rewinding, to ensure the speeds of fabric feeding, checking, and rewinding are synchronized; the dancing roller moves up and down to control fabric tension.
    2. If feeding and rewinding speeds are not synchronized, the potentiometer installed on one side of the dancing roller sends a signal to the inverters on the feeding and rewinding positions, which then adjust the speeds to match.
    3. Active unwinding: if the inlet form is a fabric roll, equip with the active unwinding device to avoid tension during unwinding.
    4. Magnetic particle clutch: to easily and quickly change the torque, with fabric tension adjustable and constant.
  3. Edge Alignment
    1. Ensure the fabric is in the center position with no deviation when feeding fabric manually; ensure the fabric is folded selvedge to selvedge from feeding position to exit position.
    2. Adjust the triangle to make sure the fabric is folded selvedge to selvedge.
    3. Adjust the edge-alignment raster on the limited bar and install it in a correct position where it can detect the fabric edge; when the fabric is not folded selvedge to selvedge, the edge-alignment moves left or right for automatic selvedge alignment.
  4. Inlet Form Options
    1. A: plaited fabric.
    2. B: fabric roll (max. roll diameter: 500 mm standard).
    3. C: a-frame (max. diameter: 1500 mm standard; max. weight: 1000 kg standard).
