Construction and Design
The machine main structure is produced by computerized laser cutting machine in order to have stable quality and long life
Anti-deviation device for the conveyor that keeps the conveyor lined up
The cylinder and rollers are covered with v-wire to open the fiber at a higher opening rate without damaging the conveyor, worker and main cylinder, so that we can adjust the speed according to different material and different opening rate
Main cylinder circuit detector which is used to make sure for the cylinder not to get stuck
