    1. A roll packing system for innerspring units or mattresses of up to 84" (210 cm) width
    2. Production rate 10 to 12 rolls per hour
    3. With hydraulic ejection piston and enhanced feeding
    4. Packs bulky spring units into easy-to-ship and easy-to-open compressed rolls
    5. The rollpack machine offers convenient, fast, safe and low cost baling of innersprings for mattresses and mattresses
    6. The spring units are compressed and wrapped together using pp cloth (spunbond), special kraft paper or polyethylene film on a mandrel
    7. Up to 20 units can be wrapped in a roll with the number depending on the size, type and height of the spring unit, the thickness of the wire and whether flat border frame is attached
    8. Once the paper is cut and secured, the roll is then drawn out from the mandrel by means of a hydraulic ejector and the bale is ready for shipment or compact storage
