This fatigue test may be conducted by procedure a, procedure b, or procedure c.
Procedures a and b differ only in the number of cycles used: procedure a uses 8000 cycles and procedure b uses 80,000 cycles.
Procedure c calls for 12,000 cycles at a slower cycling rate.
Measures ifd at 40% before and after the fatigue test.
