Key Functions
Setting towels length: After a certain amount of towel is fed in the machine, the computer controls to cut the feeding towels to a certain length as required.
Transport towels correction section: After towels are drawn out from the machine, the brush plate smooths the uneven parts of the towels.
Towels folding and label insertion device: Folds the part towels into three-folded while the width can be changed about 10 mm to 25 mm for a variety of labels. Cuts and inserts directly from the label roll. No need for a label content.
Towels sewing: Quick response, comfortable sewing, clean sewing without any oil, user friendly operating system, easy maintenance, less power consumption, economical type, easy operation with low noise and low vibration.
