Luwa, Weaving Shed Air Conditioning Plant, Central Air Conditioning, Rotary Air Filters

Description

  1. Overview
    1. Luwa central air conditioning plant
    2. Basic functions: air conditioning, air conveyance, purification of room air
  2. Operating Principle
    1. Air is drawn through weather-protected outside air intake louvres (1) and the fresh air damper (2) into the mixing chamber (4)
    2. The fresh air damper (2) is coupled with the return air damper (3) to maintain the required volume of air in the mixing chamber (4)
    3. Air from the mixing chamber (4) passes through the baffle unit (5), which controls the speed and direction of air flow into the humidification spray bank (6)
    4. Air then passes through a second baffle unit (7), which removes large water droplets, before being blown into the supply duct system by the supply air fan (8)
    5. Supply air temperature is maintained at set point by automatic adjustment of the fresh air damper (2) and the return air damper (3)
    6. Supply air humidity is maintained at set point by automatic adjustment of the humidification spray bank (6)
    7. Dust and fibre loaded air from the production room passes through rotary air filters (9) to remove all dust and fibre from the return air
    8. Removed dust and fibre is directed to dust bags (10) where it is periodically removed and dumped
    9. Filtered return air is directed by the return air fan (11) through either the exhaust air damper (12) or reused through the return air damper (3)
