Bale Opener With No Electrical Weigh Pan

The machine is used to pre-open high-density baled fiber, then transfer the fiber to the next working procedure according to a certain percentage, with electronic weighing system, several units are combined together for two different fiber types to be blended together

Structure:
Q 235 a steel plates are cut by laser and bent on cnc machine for machine frame and assembled in modules
The spiked lattice is made of high-quality wood with canvas interlining and surrounded with angle steel for support
Conveying lattice is made of two sub-section pvc lattices in high and low dislocation arrangement; underneath is a support plate to bear 150 kg
The diameter of the fiber average roller and fiber stripping roller are 480 mm including the height of the spikes and there are 3 rows in total
Feeding is controlled by photo electric automatically and the spike lattice is controlled by separate inverter to control the feeding amount
The distance from the whole machine to the floor includes proper safety guard
Feed conveyor is set up with pull switch across opening

Horizontal delivery lattice is the anti-slipping leather lattice, strengthened by many layer rollers in the center, and the two sides are equipped with wooden bars
The spike lattice are made of high-quality wood with canvas base and surrounded with angle steel for support
The diameter of the fiber average roller and fiber stripping roller are 500 mm including the height of the spikes and there are 3 rows in total
Rotary separator ensures the fiber distributed in the blending chamber evenly
Two photoelectric sensors control the feeding
An entrance gate located at the end of the bin allows for easy access of interior cleaning; safety switch is in the interior, positioned for easy cleaning

Averaging and stripping rollers are 410 mm in diameter and fitted with three lines of pins; the roller ends are fitted with anti-fiber tangle design
Vibrating plate is made of 1.2 mm thickness stainless steel plate, polished to ensure no fiber accumulation
Two adjustable photoelectric cells are located in collector hopper and feeding hopper
The width of vibrating feeding hopper chute can be manually adjusted
Fiber is fed out of the unit via a horizontal pvc feeding lattice
Auto Leveler Weight System

The machine is used to keep constant feeding to the carding machine; it includes weighing belt between feeder and card to minimize the deviations ratio of the web and improve the cv evenness of the final product

Structure and characteristic:
It has high efficiency plc controlling system, driven by vector-controlled inverter; it applies the high accuracy sensor and controller to ensure the reliable and stable running
It has computer controlling system based on high advanced data collection and communication for repeatable and changeable parameters setting
When the fiber passes on the sensor, it will reflect the weight to the computer, which will be read and compared to the setting parameters, then change the inverter controlling system to adjust the speeds of feeding lattice and feeding roller of card, finally obtaining constant weight and feeding volume; this allows for the monitoring and controlling of the line, the exact parameters and synchronous running
