Chimney: cylindrical with insulation up to 3 meters using ceramic fiber, then 3 meters without insulation.
Thermal Insulation
Floor: 4½" thick high alumina refractory concrete, backed by 3" thick insulating concrete.
Inter-zone walls and partition: 4½" half-alumina refractory brick, 4½" insulating brick backing, and 2" insulating block.
Upper walls, vault, post-fire zone, and door: 8" thick single-module ceramic fiber and alloy metal anchors.
Refractory
Load floor: 60% alumina refractory slabs with a 7° inclination toward the center, 4"/2" thick, backed by a 4½" layer of insulating concrete rated for 2000 °f (1100 °c).
Post-incineration chamber: same arrangement as the load floor.
First zone walls: 6 courses of 60% alumina refractory brick, 4½" thick, backed by 4½" of 45% alumina insulating brick and a 2" layer of mineral wool board.
Partitioning screen between zones 1 and 2: 60% alumina refractory brick, with the post-incineration smoke duct inside.
Combustion Equipment
Both zones fitted with sealed medium speed nozzle mixing burners, total capacity 1.5 mm btu/hr.
Complementary equipment: main gas pressure regulator, shut-off and adjustment valves, manometers, combustion turbofan.
Protective Equipment
Flame failure relays for automatic ignition and flame verification.
Low gas and air pressure limits, high gas pressure limit.
Manual reset safety valve.
Solenoid valves for low heat and high heat.
Control Equipment
System operates in hi-low form with a control loop per zone: solenoid valve, type K thermocouple with sillimanite sheath, and temperature control.
Pipelines
Combustion air pipes: spiropipe with flanged unions.
Gas pipe: black ced 40 pipe with threaded connections, seamless black with threaded connections for 150 lb/in².
Air piping: spiroducto and long radius connections.
Hydraulic Unit
Door operated by an electric opening/closing hydraulic cylinder, package type including pump, tank, directional valves, relief valves.
Cabling
Thw type for 600v, in the caliber required by the amperage.
Electrical lines run by conduit tube, thick wall conduit and condulet.
Control Panel
Nema 1 type, includes 1/16 din digital temperature controls, combustion fan starter, hydraulic unit motor starter, start/stop buttons, signal lights, auxiliary relays, fully wired and identified.
Structural Shell
Trays folded in cr cal sheet 12 and 2" x 3" ptr tubular profile structural reinforcements.
