Primary zone: for body incineration by direct fire.
Secondary zone: for post-incineration of fumes.
Fuel type: LP or natural gas.
Feed gas pressure: 25 lb/in² (2 kg/cm²).
Operating Temperatures
Primary from 900 °C to 950 °C.
Secondary from 1000 °C to 1100 °C.
Control Type
Both hi-low zones with adjustable port solenoid valves.
Doors
One door of automatic action by chain transmission / sprocket / hydraulic cylinder.
Burner Type
Medium speed, sealing, mixing at the nozzle, high alumina combustion block.
Ignition System
Automatic by electric spark and supervision against flame failure by FUV.
Safety Train
Quick-closing, slow-opening valve with low air, gas pressure and high gas pressure limit.
Useful Interior Dimensions
Length 2200 mm x width 1000 mm x height 900 mm.
Nominal Thermal Capacity
3.0 mm BTU/hr.
Thermal Insulation
Floor: 4½" thick high alumina refractory concrete, backed by 3" thick insulating concrete.
Inter-zone walls and partition: 4½" half-alumina refractory brick, 4½" insulating brick backing and 2" insulating block.
Upper walls, vault, post-fire zone and door: 8" thick single-module ceramic fiber and alloy metal anchors.
Structural Shell
Trays folded in CR cal sheet 12 and 2" x 3" PTR tubular profile structural reinforcements.
The oven has an exterior view wall with CR cal trays 16.
Chimney
Cylindrical with insulation up to a height of 3 meters with ceramic fiber and later with a length of 3 meters without insulation.
Control Panel
NEMA 1, includes 1/16 DIN digital temperature controls, combustion fan starter, hydraulic unit motor starter, start/stop buttons, signal lights, fully wired and identified.
Electrical Wiring
THW for 600V, driven by thick wall conduit and condulets.
Gas Pipe
Seamless black with threaded connections for 150 lb/in².
Air Piping
Spiraducto and long radius connections.
Refractory
The load floor will be formed with 60% alumina refractory slabs and will have a 7° inclination towards the center of the incinerator to collect the fats and incinerate them with more efficiency; the thickness of these slabs is 4½", backed with a 4½" layer of insulating concrete for a temperature of 2000 °F (1100 °C). This same arrangement will also be for the post-incineration chamber.
The walls of the first zone will be displaced with 6 courses of 60% alumina refractory brick, it is a thickness of 4½" backed by a 4½" layer of 45% alumina insulating brick and finally a layer of 2" of mineral wool board.
The partitioning screen of zone 1 and 2 will be made with 60% alumina refractory brick and inside the post-incineration smoke duct is located.
Combustion Equipment
For both zones, they will be fitted with sealed medium speed nozzle mixing burners with a total capacity of 1.5 mm BTU/hr.
The complementary equipment is the main gas pressure regulator, shut-off and adjustment valves, manometers, combustion turbofan.
Protective Equipment
According to the standard it is required and thus flame failure relays will be installed for automatic ignition and flame verification, low gas and air pressure limits, high gas pressure limit, manual reset safety valve, solenoid valves for low heat and high heat.
Control Equipment
The system operates in hi-low form, whose control loop is formed by a solenoid valve, a type K thermocouple with a sillimanite sheath and temperature control, this is for each zone.
Pipelines
The combustion air pipes will be made with a spiropipe with flanged unions; for gas it will be a black CED 40 pipe with threaded connections.
Hydraulic Unit
The door will be conditioned by an electric opening closing hydraulic cylinder; this will be a package type and includes a pump, tank, directional valves, relief valves, etc.
Cabling
It will be of the THW type for a voltage of 600 V in the caliber required by the amperage to be conducted.
The electrical lines will go by conduit tube.
Control Panel
It will be NEMA type and inside are installed the temperature controls, combustion engine starters and hydraulic unit, start-stop button stations, signaling lights, auxiliary relays, all properly wired and identified.
