From the inlet up to the winding the fabric is carried by motorized cylinders.
The main cylinders are motorized with brushless motors, which allow a lower energy consumption as, compared to other types of engines, because they achieve their maximum performance at lower rpm.
The technology linked to the brushless motors allows the perfect synchronization among the motors of the machine, which is managed directly from the parameters set in the drives present in the main control panel.
The primary motor of the machine controls the cylinders of the initial part of the machine, the secondary motor is located inside the winding station.
The synchronism between the two motors is managed by an electric axis, where the secondary motor follows the impulses of the encoder of the primary brushless motor in real time.
This technology moves the fabric while eliminating any type of tension.
