DH116: Full servo line with 56 sets of servo motors; designed speed 350 m/min; stable running speed 280–300 m/min.
CFD300-SV: Full servo line with 39 sets of servo motors; designed speed 300 m/min; stable running speed 260–280 m/min.
Condition and Capabilities
Standard machine configuration to produce pads as shown in customer attachments.
Can fold pads in the same packing way as requested; confirmed by engineer.
Automatic packing for various sizes is challenging due to pad softness; packing bag drawing required for custom printing, but bag material thickness cannot be guaranteed.
