  1. Filtering System
    1. Sedimentation Unit
      1. An inclined plate (unit) sedimentation tank based on the shallow pool sedimentation system, arranged with a number of consecutive chutes or inclined plates and settling sections, so that suspended impurities in the water precipitate; water flows along the swash plate or chute; the sludge is separated by gravity along the swash plate and slides down the bottom, the impurities flow to the top, concentrating on the surface; this improves the efficiency of sludge precipitation from 50 to 60%.
      2. The feed chute has an inclination of 60 degrees, so that the suspended solids precipitate from raw water (or by adding coagulant); not needed in this case.
      3. Because of the inclined plate the surface area of the bottom side of the accumulation tank forms a thin layer of sludge and slides back by gravity as a suspended layer, then collects on the stainless steel collector mesh.
      4. Settled sludge is dealt by mechanical removal on the stainless steel mesh; as the surplus gradually increases on the wire mesh, it is removed directly from the mesh; the mesh rotates to enable it to shed the sludge collected on its surface.
    2. Bag Filter Unit
      1. Bag filters for sideways filtering of small sizes, enabling purification of the water; can be used throughout a range of water pressures, not easily damaged, low running costs.

When using a liquid filter bag, liquid flows into vessel top; the bag is supported by a basket; the liquid impacts the bag causing the water pressure to expand the bag so that the liquid in the entire surface of the filter bag can form a homogeneous distribution throughout the filter bag and its support basket.

From the bottom of the filter, fluid is discharged by the exit port at the bottom, collecting the particulate impurities that are trapped in the filter bag to complete the filtration process, maintaining smooth flow and filter efficiency, filtration accuracy, and ensuring that the downstream liquid is not contaminated.
      7. After a period of operation the unit should be shut down, the filter cover opened, replace the bag, and restart cycle again; replacement of the filter bag cycle depends on the actual working conditions.
    3. Mechanical Filtration Triple Unit
      1. This is a mechanical filtering system that is an important water pre-processing system, which uses high-quality quartz sand as the filtering medium; its role is to filter suspended solids out of the raw water, as well as reduce turbidity in the raw water, so that the effluent water quality meets the requirements for the water high pressure pump and nozzle.
