    3. Foam comes in many forms: flexible polyurethane for furniture, polystyrene foam for building and display products, and a wide range of rigid foams for insulation and packaging uses. Different foams present varied challenges, and so we have developed different cutting machines, including a fast wire contour cutting machine for rigid foams, an oscillating blade machine for flexible foams, and a multiple hot-wire machine for expanded polystyrene foam.

  3. Fast Wire Contour Cutter

    1. Fast wire contour cutter uses an abrasive, high-speed wire. Under the high-speed, the material will be ground to powder and the dust suctioned by a fan.

    2. The computer controls the conveyor belt and cutting roller to run what you draw on the CAD software.

    3. Main function of the high-speed abrasive wire machine.

    4. The operator inputs your product drawing to company by CAD. Our powerful software will translate the DXF/DWG file to standard G code automatically.

    5. Motion control card based on the development of CNC machining software is simple and intuitive.

    6. Parameter settings window is HMI, can set its own processing speed, acceleration/deceleration and other operations processing conditions, so efficiency is improved greatly and adjustable movement control is achieved.

    7. Reasonably compact mechanical structure, electronic inverter control of motors and precision straight linear guide.

    8. Effective vacuum de-dust system.
