Description Overview Water tube power boiler, raising steam for process duty or for power generation. New unit, built to order off a line that is currently in production. Each boiler is sized to the buyer's duty anywhere inside the ranges given below. Duty and Fuel Steam output: up to 640,000 lb/hr, which is 290 TPH. Fired on coal, or on biomass. Steam temperature: as high as 995 degF (535°C), that is 535 degC (995°F). Thermal efficiency reaches 87% on either of those fuels. Working pressure: from about 116 psig up to 1,972 psig (8 bar to 136 bar). Manufacture and Engineering Pressure parts and heat exchangers are fabricated to ASME rules.
