  1. Overview
    1. Compact rotary calender heat press for sublimation transfer onto narrow webbings such as ribbon, lanyard, belt and similar narrow goods.
    2. Printed transfer paper and the webbing travel together around a heated drum under felt pressure, allowing the dye to move into the fabric.
    3. Both faces of the webbing can be transferred in one pass, and the webbing can be pre-shrunk in the same pass.
    4. The drum is oil filled and sealed, keeping the surface temperature even across the face and allowing quick recovery at working speed.
    5. Feed is roll to roll, entering at the bottom of the drum.
    6. Ten spacer rollers are supplied to position the webbing across the drum face.
    7. The frame is a single unitized construction, compact and portable, with no separate pieces that can work loose over time.
