Available in three frame sizes, ranging from a compact small drum unit to a wide industrial unit for mass production. The printed transfer paper and the webbing travel together around a heated drum under blanket pressure so that the dye is transferred into the fabric. Both faces of the webbing are transferred during a single pass. Double layer hard chrome drum, 100% oil filled, maintaining an accurate and even surface temperature across the working face. Pressure is applied pneumatically through the blanket so that thick material can be processed, with a safety device that keeps the pressure balanced. Blanket release, tightening and alignment are handled automatically, and the machine shuts itself down. Material may be fed over the top of the drum for two sided printing, or under the bottom of the drum for simpler operation.
