Configuration 2 unwind stations, tension controlled, for the two incoming webs. Web guide with edge sensor on each incoming web. Stripper roll on each web, peeling the liner before the nip. Paper-backing take-up, collecting the liner peeled from the second web. Nip rolls (rubber and chromed 45# steel), both positively driven, with adjustable nip pressure cylinders. Cross cutter, cutting the laminated web to 2,540 mm (100 in) sheets. Receiving table, minimum 2,540 mm (100 in), matching the cut sheet length.
