NovaStar, MS558, Narrow Web Calender Heat Press, Heating Oil Heat-Setting Machine for Transfer Printing or Thermal Setting, 1,200 mm Drum Width, 16 kW (New)
Wide narrow web calender heat press for sublimation transfer, thermal setting and heat setting of ribbon, belt, lanyard and similar narrow woven goods.
Largest machine of the range: the drum is 1,200 mm (47.24 in) wide and 600 mm (23.62 in) in diameter.
Double layer hard chrome drum, 100 percent oil filled, so the surface temperature stays accurate and even across the working face.
Printed transfer paper and the webbing travel together around the heated drum under blanket pressure, so the dye is transferred into the fabric.
Both faces of the webbing are transferred in a single pass.
Pressure is applied pneumatically through the blanket, so thick material can be run, with a safety device that keeps the pressure balanced.
Built for high speed mass production, at up to 300 m/hour (984 ft/hour).
Material may be fed over the top of the drum for two sided printing, or under the bottom of the drum for simpler operation; the machine is built for one arrangement or the other.
Condition: new, built to order. Quantity: 1.
