NovaStar, TR104, 2026, Continuous Flow Milk and Juice Pasteurizer, 120 L/h, 230 V (New)

Description

  1. Overview
    1. New continuous flow pasteurizer for milk and juice, year 2026
    2. Suited to small on-farm dairies and local processing workshops: 700 liters in 6 hours
    3. Only 2.2 kW of electricity to pasteurize more than 120 liters per hour (700 liters per day)
    4. Throughput depends on operating time, hygiene and precision
    5. Continuous process with no contact with air, for hygienic and precise processing
  2. Specifications
    1. Volume flow: 0.15 m³/h
    2. Base: 50 x 50 cm, height 200 cm, removable side guards
    3. Total length x width x height: 500 x 500 x 1,950 mm (19.7 x 19.7 x 76.8 in)
    4. Machine base height: 250 mm (9.8 in)
    5. Overall weight: 75 kg (165 lb); empty weight: 50 kg (110 lb)
    6. Pressure: 0.4 bar
    7. Input voltage: 230 V AC
    8. Heating: 2.2 kW
    9. Water bath temperature setpoint: 70 to 92 °C, automatically controlled (from thermization at 65 °C to 85 °C for yogurt)
    10. Manhole location: bottom
    11. Warranty: 3 months
  3. How It Works
    1. Gravity-fed flow for a stable flow and smooth regulation: the milk or juice is fed or pumped into an intermediate container at a height of 4 meters and flows from there to the bottling station
    2. A pump supplies the elevated container and also cleans the circuit by intense detergent circulation
    3. The operator controls filling manually at the bottling station, with alarms for filling too fast (incomplete pasteurization) or too slow (product overheated), and slows down or speeds up bottling accordingly
  4. Basic Pasteurizer
    1. Heat exchanger between the incoming cold milk or juice and the pasteurized milk or juice (72 °C)
    2. Heating tank, 2.2 kW, temperature adjustable to 5 °C above the pasteurization setpoint, with an immersed coil through which the liquid leaving the heat exchanger circulates
    3. Well-insulated holding tube keeping the milk or juice for 15 seconds at the pasteurization temperature
    4. Temperature controller with one light for liquid too cold and another for liquid too hot
    5. Tube to the elevated inlet container, tubes connecting all components, and one or two tubes with a Mohr clamp for manual filling of bottles or jars (one at a time)
    6. Drain valve at the lowest point (after pasteurization and holding, before the return to the heat exchanger), so the circuit empties to the last drop of pasteurized product
  5. Transfer Pump with Controls
    1. Pumps milk or juice from where it is (tank on a trailer, refrigerated tank, receiving tank, container) to the pasteurizer inlet tank on the upper floor
    2. Automatic pause when the inlet tank is full (conductivity probes) and automatic restart when the level drops
    3. Performance: 8 to 25 liters per minute, depending on the height difference
    4. Also gives powerful cleaning of the entire pasteurization circuit
    5. Food-grade design and materials
    6. Electrical consumption: 400 W
  6. Options
    1. 200 µm basket filter for wort, juices and herbal extracts with moderate alcohol content
    2. Manual gravity-fed bottling unit with automatic stop, 180 liters per hour (twice the throughput with less work)
  7. Included
    1. Documentation / manual
    2. Type plate
