    2. Capacity: 10 metric tons (11 short tons) of feedstock per day
    3. Cycle: about 24 hours per batch (loading, heating, pyrolysis, cooling and discharge)
  2. Scope of Supply
    1. Horizontal rotary pyrolysis reactor
    2. Condensation system and oil storage tanks
    3. Flue gas treatment: desulfurization and dust removal
    4. Carbon black discharge system
    5. Non-condensable gas (syngas) recycling system
    6. Hydraulic feeder
    7. Electrical control cabinet
  3. Specifications
    1. Reactor material: Q345R pressure-vessel steel; 15CrMoR or stainless steel 304/316 available
    2. Feedstock: waste tires, waste plastics, municipal solid waste, oil sludge and biomass
    3. Typical yield from waste tires: pyrolysis oil 40 to 45% by weight, carbon black 30 to 35%, steel wire 10 to 15%, the balance non-condensable gas that is recycled to heat the reactor
    4. Heating: fuel oil, natural gas or diesel burner, supplemented by the recycled syngas
    5. Operating pressure: slight negative pressure (safety design)
    6. Cooling: water-cooling circulation system
