Description

  1. Overview
    1. New, complete tire recycling line producing rubber crumb and powder from waste tires.
    2. Process: tire de-beading, tire cutting, primary shredding, rubber crushing (grinding), screening, magnetic steel separation and nylon fiber separation.
    3. Input: car, truck and passenger tires up to 1,200 mm (47.2 in) diameter.
    4. Capacity: 1,000 to 2,000 kg/h (2,205 to 4,409 lb/h).
    5. Output: rubber crumb 0 to 40 mesh (also 2 to 4 mm and 5 mm granules); steel wire and nylon fiber separated.
    6. Rubber purity up to 99.9% (steel wire and nylon removed).
    7. Total installed power 262.95 kW; consumption approximately 158 kWh per hour.
    8. Operators: 2 to 3.
    9. Voltage and frequency built to the site supply (60 Hz available).
  2. Line Components
    1. Tire de-beader: 7.5 kW, tires up to 1,200 mm, 60 tires/h, hydraulic bead-wire removal.
    2. Tire cutter: 7.5 kW, tires up to 1,200 mm, 60 tires/h.
    3. Feeding conveyor: 3 kW.
    4. Twin-shaft tire shredder: 2 x 22 kW, 2 t/h, 16 blades (H13K), 50 to 60 mm (2 to 2.4 in) chips, rotary screen return, automatic overload reversal, planetary reducer.
    5. Output conveyor (2.2 kW), stock bin (0.25 kW), conveyor to rubber crusher (1.5 kW).
    6. Rubber crusher (two-roll mill): 160 kW, 610 mm (24 in) grooved, water-cooled rolls, roll speed ratio 1:2.5, front roll 42.8 m/min, max roll gap 8 mm, 1,000 to 2,000 kg/h, 5 to 40 mesh.
    7. Main vibrating screen (11 kW) and vice vibrating screen (2.2 kW).
    8. Main feeding conveyor (2.2 kW).
    9. Two magnetic separators with conveyors, 5,000 gauss.
    10. Zig-zag nylon fiber separator: 13.25 kW, 1,600 x 900 x 5,300 mm (63 x 35 x 209 in).
