    1. Gyropalettes (Adresses Industrie 504 S, 1998): for 504-bottle metal cages or 500-bottle packs, approx. 6,000 bottles per batch, with control cabinet.

    2. Balancer manipulator (Dalmec Partner PMC, 2005): pneumatic, max. load 80 kg (176 lb), bottle gripper head, unloads the cages into the neck freezer.

    3. Neck freezer (Talleres Urpinas G+20 B, 2005): glycol/brine bath at -25 C (-13 F), touch panel, 2.28 kW (3.06 hp), 380 V, 2,000 bottles/h.

    4. Disgorging and dosing monobloc (Perrier, 1987): crown cap removal, ice plug ejection, expedition liqueur dosing and levelling, approx. 50,000 bottles since the last general overhaul, original manual, 2,500 bottles/h.

    5. Corker (Arol Gemini F, 2015): natural cork (mushroom) corking, single head.

    6. Wire hooder (Robino & Galandrino Vittoria T 1/1 Junior, 2015): monobloc with the corker, wire hood plaque feeder, inclined long-duration wire hood magazine, touch panel, 400 V 50 Hz, original manual, 2,000 bottles/h; cork feeding and sorting hopper available as an option.

    7. Bottle turner / homogeniser (Forns, 1987): continuous, mixes the expedition liqueur into the wine, 2,500 bottles/h.

    8. Washing, drying and blowing tunnel (Cames WDT-1, 2018): exterior washing, high-speed sonic air knives, 400 V 50 Hz, 700 kg (1,543 lb).

    9. Capsule applicator (C.M.A.R., 2001): capsule distributor with pleating and smoothing heads.

    10. Labelling machine (Prima Industries PLM 1500, 2018): self-adhesive, 3 label stations plus neck collar, capsule orientation with spot and UV sensors, SICK photocells, star wheels for 75 mm (Bordeaux) and 89 mm (Burgundy/cava) bottles, 3 kW (4.02 hp), 400 V, 1,800 bottles/h.

    11. Case sealer (Siat SK2-S, 2015): top and bottom adhesive tape sealing, 380 V, 3-phase.

    12. Tank with agitator (Decalsa Industrial, 1988): 12,200 L (3,223 gal), agitator, heating and cooling coils, control box.

    13. Tank (Magusa DPG, 2000): 10,000 L (2,642 gal), AISI 304 stainless steel.
