Overview

2. Sized for cooling 10 MMSCFD of wet natural gas at about 1,000 psig (68.9 bar) operating pressure.

3. Rated performance: 145°F (63°C) inlet to under 100°F (38°C) outlet at 96°F (36°C) ambient; 145°F (63°C) inlet to under 124°F (51°C) outlet at 122°F (50°C) ambient.

4. Gas-side pressure drop: under 5 psi (0.34 bar).

Tube Bundle

1. Tube material: SA-213 316L stainless steel.

2. Header material: SA-516-70 carbon steel.

3. Design pressure / temperature: 1,440 psig (99.3 bar) / 350°F (177°C).

4. Tubes: 94, 21 ft (6.4 m) long, ⅝ in (15.9 mm) OD, 16 BWG wall.

5. Fins: aluminum, 1-½ in (38 mm) fin OD, 10 fins per inch, 1-⅝ in (41 mm) pitch.

6. Surface: 312 ft² (29.0 m²) bare, 5,014 ft² (465.8 m²) extended.

7. Inlet and outlet nozzles: 6 in (DN150), 600# RF.

Mechanical Equipment

1. Fan: 1 x 12 ft (3.7 m) diameter, forced draft.
