    8. All actions by mechanism working synchronously, which makes the machine adjustment easy.
    9. Four sets of device of material rectifying deviation are used for the raw material rolls, which make the working procedures more stable, as when the machine runs at high speed, the material on the material rank may not always be aligned, which would affect the effects of final products.
    10. Mask pieces making machine adopts 15 kW, 4200 W ultrasonic device, and vortex fans are used for heat radiation, which make the working procedure more smoothly.
    11. Earloop strip feeding mechanism by queuing method, which makes the welding procedure high efficiency and continuously.

    1. Welding mechanism: There are total 12 sets of clamps for feed-in earloop strip queuing on the welding mechanism.
    2. Welding head lifting by cam and spring structure.
    3. The earloop strip swing, feeding-in, cutting mechanism is connected with the main motor of the machine, which not only ensures they work synchronously, but also keeps the stretching force/tension and the length to be accordant.
    4. The design of this dispenser mechanism is to make the feedout mask pieces from transverse direction to vertical direction. It is with clamp sending device, which makes the mask pieces not dispensed out of the track when in high speed working.
