  1. Inspection And Diagnosis
    1. Initial inspection and evaluation – 60 hours
    2. Initial cleaning to inspect parts and bearings – 126 hours
    3. Machine was diagnosed as needing all new bearings, seals, air lines
    4. Rolls resurfaced, eccentrics, cams rebuilt (one missing)
    5. New bearing, bolts, cam shafts
    6. Rebuilt needle guides
    7. Check frame for stress cracks
    8. New bearings and rebuilt shuttlesticks
  2. Disassembly And Bearing Replacement
    1. Remove disassemble all shafts and remove pillow block bearings – 76 hours
    2. Replace all bearings in pillow blocks – 81.5 hours
  3. Roll Resurfacing
    1. Have 5 rolls resurfaced – 55 hours
