Machine is specific for the sewing of any kind of synthetic fibres and foam, resin or similar in any thickness and weight.
The sewing head in the center of a special table enables the operator to work standing up or sitting down.
The special plates (both motorized) and the extended sewing block help the operator in the sewing of any kind of shaped cushions and different materials.
With the double conveying system the machine is very easy to use and the material is conveyed regularly, giving high quality to the seam.
The operator can obtain linear and curved seams and/or gathered produce.
It is not required a skilled operator to run the machine.
Versatility And Performance
The accessories of this range of machines (device to open/close the plates, trimmer, beginning performance) allow the machine to sew different kinds of material coupled together (light fabrics, cotton, non woven, resin, synthetic fibres, foam of different thickness from 5 to 20 mm) to obtain different kinds of produce (covers, quilts and similar).
