Stand-alone and very versatile pillow stuffing and bagging machine
Simple operation allows using the same equipment to accomplish two processes: stuffing a batt or a foam core in a cover (or an insert in the final dec cover / a pillow in the final zippered cover) and/or putting a finished pillow in a bag (individual PE bag, twin-pack bag, zippered vinyl bag, etc.)
Machine can be loaded manually or with a conveyor on the rear part, while an operator is needed in the front: he puts the cover/bag onto the stuffing belts, activates the tensioning forks with the pedal and holding the cover/bag facilitates the pillow stuffing

Machine Configurations
Option to configure with carousel
The carousel allows a one-man operation on the machine. The operator stands in front of the stuffing belts and loads alternately one pillow on the roller conveyor and one shell/bag on the stuffing belt. The pillows on the roller conveyor have a 3-position buffer in order to have a continuous operation when started. It requires the upper extended infeed belt to operate properly.
Optional Items - Input
Inclined extended infeed belt - the extended inclined infeed belt is a mandatory optional whenever the machine is fed by products coming from a manufacturing line on a conveyor or if they are thick, one on top of the other and finally if a carousel is installed. The purpose of the device is to help the grip of the upper stuffing belt and keep the stacked items in line during the process. It is not necessary when the operator is feeding the machine as he can guide the items.
Shaped side wings - multi format - the side wings help the stuffing process giving a reference to the operator for the correct positioning of the cover. They are also designed in a way to prevent zipper damages during the process. The multi-format are suitable for different items in order to minimize the changeover time.
Pillow side compression wheels - manual adjustment by crank handle - the side wheels are a useful optional when the items to stuff are bulky or not too soft and need an extra side compression to fit in the stuffing belt and into the shell or bag. The width can be manually adjusted acting on the crank handle.
Pillow side compression wheels - motorized adjustment - the side wheels are a useful option when the items to stuff are bulky or not too soft and need an extra side compression to fit in the stuffing belt and into the shell or bag. The width can be automatically adjusted from the touchscreen acting on the installed motor.
Upper belt - motor for automatic height adjustment - the upper stuffing belt height can be adjusted to accommodate the specific items thickness. The height can be automatically adjusted from the touchscreen acting on the installed motor.
Carousel for pillows with max length 900 mm (35" ½) - the carousel allows a one-man operation on the machine. The operator stands in front of the stuffing belts and loads alternately one pillow on the roller conveyor and one shell/bag on the stuffing belt. The pillows on the roller conveyor have a 3-position buffer in order to have a continuous operation when started. It requires the upper extended infeed belt to operate properly.
Carousel for pillows with max length 1400 mm (55") - same as above to enable the operation with pillows with extra length.
Optional Items - Leaflet Device
A4 format - the leaflet device allows to automatically place an A4 size paper insert on top of the pillow while bagging it. The loader has a printer-style tray to accommodate a full ream of leaflets.
A3 format upgrade - this upgrade to the standard A4 model allows to operate with inserts up to A3 size.
Optional Items - General
Remote assistance device - to be added to the PLC allowing our team to monitor, troubleshoot, solve problems, set up new products and install the latest software updates through an ethernet connection from a remote location.
Software annual upgrade - the annual software upgrade includes the remote installation of new software upgrade and releases for the best performance of the machine; it also allows a preferred connection to our technical service team for the troubleshooting of problems and assistance with new products configuration.
