Only one unskilled operator is necessary to start the cycle, achieving 12 to 15 pieces per minute (output depends on size and type of products). Technical Features Projected to stuff covers of different sizes of pillows and furnishing cushions. Suitable for different weight of carded rolled fibre and different type of visco-latex, memory foam, polyurethane and similar. Works with covers of different material such as cotton, elasticized fabric, non woven, with or without zip. Can perform with different kind/size of bags like bags with zip, with handle, PE bags. Innovative Technical Features Automatic tensioning of the cover on the arms with no assistance of operator, for perfect squaring of material, faster process and increased quality. Software to set each function of the machine. Conveying system to feed the material to the stuffing unit with no assistance of the operator. Versatility And Performance First manual phase: introduction of the cover on the filling belt by an operator. Machine checks cover tension, starts automatic stuffing and makes the pillow. While cover is filling, operator introduces another cover on the arms. Optional Equipment Double wheels device – adjustable in width for latex/foam pillows. Upper belt up/down (automatic) – with encoder. Flyer/booklet automatic device. Carousel – roller conveyor to work with one operator to insert the pillow and the cover remaining in the same position.
