Description

  1. Overview
    1. Main working process: raw material feeding, transferring, perforating, piece counting (or length counting), precise slitting, high speed rewinding.
    2. The machine can make both core rolls and coreless rolls.
    3. Installs both piece counting system and meter counting system in the machine.
    4. The machine will stop automatically when it reaches the roll pieces or roll lengths you preset in the counter.
    5. Installs 2 sets of mechanical tension controllers for adjusting the tension of the raw materials in the unwinding and rewinding parts.
    6. Installs 1 set of automatic raw material feeding system and there are 14 cylinders to be used in the machine.
    7. Raw material feeding part (unwinding part of the machine) has 1 set of broad-strap synchronous transferring device for adjusting the tension of different kinds of raw materials more easily.
    8. Uses the newest pneumatic slitting system which is equipped with 10 sets of round slitting knives which can adjust the slitting freely.
    9. The slitting knives are all made of Japanese raw materials, so they are much more durable than other common ones.
    10. The perforating distance is controlled by independent PLC and servo motor.
    11. Rewinding part of the machine installs pneumatic pressing device for adjusting the tightness of finished rolls.

    14. Uses PLC, servo motor and touchscreen to control all the working processes.
