Overview
Main working process: raw materials unwinding and transferring, two raw materials rolls combination folding, rolling-cutting with heated embossing, piece counting, finish product output.
The machine is equipped with 2 sets of raw material feeding systems and uses a factory-designed rolling-cutting system with a heated embossing unit (heating temperature adjustable) which makes the sealing strength of finished products much stronger than those made by other suppliers' machines.
It also has an automatic pneumatic counting system and an automatic raw material transferring system.
Maximum diameter of mother rolls depends on the size of finished products you want to make.
The finished product size can be made according to client request.
The machine has high producing speed, high running stability, and meets sanitary standards.
The machine bearings are all made of international good quality 45# steel.
The working table and parts of the machine that affect the cleanliness of finished products are all made of 304# stainless steel.
The machine uses a frequency converter (transducer) to control producing speed; electrical parts have reasonable wire layout.
The machine has very light working noise and easy operation.
Use rust-preventing paint to brush the surface of the device.
All bedplates of the machine must use rust-preventing paint; frame of the device has good jointing and precise size.
