Overview
MS spunmelt composite nonwoven fabric is a combination of spunbonded nonwoven fabric, meltblown nonwoven fabric, and spunbonded nonwoven fabric through three-layer fiber web hot rolling.
The production line incorporates ultra-high precision die spinneret processing methods and exquisite production technology to produce finer and more uniform filaments.
The texture of the cloth surface is softer, which can greatly meet the needs of different customers.
Products are widely used in disposable medical protection and personal hygiene care industries such as medical isolation gowns, surgical gowns, bed sheet curtains, sanitary napkins, baby diapers, and adult incontinence pads.

Applications
Thin type MS products: suitable for the sanitary market, such as sanitary napkins, sanitary pads, baby diapers, adult incontinence diapers, side leakage prevention and backing.
Medium-thickness type MS products: suitable for use in medical treatment, making surgical gowns, surgical wraps, surgical drapes, bactericidal bandages, wound stickers, plasters, work clothes, and protective clothing.
Thick type MS products: high-efficiency filter materials suitable for various gases and liquids; also an excellent high-efficiency oil-absorbing material used in industrial waste water degreasing, marine oil cleaning, and industrial wipes.
